Services & Pricing

We are very pleased to provide the space for your unique ceremony and reception while our preferred caterers supply all the rentals related to food including chairs for the ceremony. Your menu is completely customized by you. You may purchase your own alcohol if you choose to, and your caterer will provide a licensed server. Our caterers are top rate and really make everything very simple and easy, including making delicious cakes!  The prices below are for the venue only and include the use of our beautiful 20' x 40' tent, available May through October.

Ceremony & Small Reception

Neptune Event Space has 700+ square feet of indoor space plus private gardens with shaded flagstone patios. Perfect for intimate events, small weddings, cocktail parties, creative workshops, dinners and much more.

We are walking distance from three fantastic restaurants and you have the option of having your ceremony here, dining at a world-class restaurant and coming back for dessert and dancing! Simple and wonderful.

Full Day Ceremony​ & Reception

Our expansive quarter acre garden has space for 100 guests. We offer a full day for your ceremony and reception and the entire grounds are yours. We can also add to your rehearsal dinner at a reasonable rate. For larger parties, please visit our sister venue, Acequia Gardens!

There are some great Saturdays still available for 2021 & 2022 but they won't last long! Please contact us to book your date!

Events & Dinner Parties

Perfect for corporate or private events, baby showers, dinner parties, and small performances, the history of the home, art collection and property lends itself to the authentic Santa Fe experience.

Pricing

WEDDING PACKAGES: (These prices are for Fridays, Saturdays or Holiday Sundays - other days or evenings are discounted slightly.) Please contact us for pricing for all other events.

$1,800 - $2,500.  Wedding Ceremony. 4 hours, plus set-up, 1 hour rehearsal, photos, etc. 7 hours total. Guests leave by 10pm.


$2,750 - $3,750.  Complete Wedding, Ceremony & Reception. 12 hours includes decorating, set-up, and clean-up.  11AM - 11PM, guests leave by 10:30pm.

INTIMATE WEDDINGS: $600 - $750 Ceremony and Toast with up to 15 guests and up to 3 hours total. Not Available Saturdays or Sundays. Please ask about availability. 

WEEKDAY EVENTS: $600 - $1200. 3 hours plus 1 for setup. Guests leave by 10pm. $200 per additional hour. 

Prices do not include tax and a $200 clean-up fee is waived if a preferred caterer is hired.


There is a damage/overage deposit of $600 which is refundable. 

Half the rental fee and half the damage deposit are due when you book. The balance is due one month prior to your event. 

Rate depends on number of guests and other considerations. 

Candles in glass containers and flowers are welcome, however the gallery walls stay as they are and cannot be decorated. We are a non-smoking event space. 
Our sister venue, Acequia Gardens, offers room for larger parties. Please email or call for more details!
